24.01.2022 ....so often we are focused on our selves. What is important indeed as we have to fill up our own cup before we can give freely.... it's a bit like the emergency drill in the airplane shortly after take off ...before you attend to others you make sure you have your own oxygen mask on.... However once this is achieved and we can really start to think about how we can become of help and benefit to others. We often forget about our own dramas, we become well and appreciate life.... letting go of the ego and being of service.... is one of the greatest gifts...
