However my thoughts were constantly pulled back to the fear that Covid19 has created & how many human lifes are suffering! These 6 C words came to my mind! - Corona Virus... - Confusion - Community/Connection - Comfort Zone - Creativity - Calm As we continue to navigate through extra lockdown time, the only thing I can be sure of is that I have the power over my own thoughts! When there is fear I try to dig deep into courage & faith, when their is disconnect I reach out to my community! Meditation, Mindfulness & Gratefulness are the 3 key ingredients that keep me calm! ALL of our mental, physical health & wellbeing have been challenged and we have also been pushed out of our comfort zones!
