09.01.2022 {S A V E T H I S R E C I P E F O R L A T E R } A batch of chocolate mint protein energy balls, I don't know if they will last until the weekend....... 1 x cup almond meal 8 x fresh dates 1 x tbs coconut oil 2 x heaped tbs natural peanut butter 1 x tsp vanilla 1 x sachet complete chocolate protein 2 x tbs pure maple syrup a few drops of food grade mint essential oil Desiccated coconut for rolling Blitz all of the ingredients in food processor - add a little (very little) bit of water if need be to ensure the mixture processes. Roll into small bliss balls and roll in coconut. Store in air tight container in the fridge or freezer Let me know if you'd love to give our complete protein a go, so you can enjoy the next level taste and nutrition it gives these balls.
