01.01.2022 Breaky time!! Dont run out the door not fueling your body! Eating breakfast starts your Metabolism. Even when i am rushing around after 3 boys, i make sure i eat something Try Some burgen Bread toasted with peanut butter, banana and a drizzle of honey and chia seeds. This one is such a good breaky to give you a boost of energy.... Lazy like me? I grab a mug, crack one egg, chuck in a little of whatever cheese i have in the fridge, spiniach, cherry tomatos, mushrooms, a little bit of turkey... chuck in the microwave for 1 min, take out stir and put in for another 1 min or until eggs are cooked.
