It means that you no longer choose to carry the weight of resentment, anger or any other draining negative emotions around with you. These emotions only pull your energy down which impacts your health & wellbeing. Holding on to negative emotions has a detrimental effect on you more than it affects anyone else. Forgiveness allows you to let go of the feelings that no longer serve you. Forgiveness sets you free.
