21.01.2022 If you are feeling stressed and anxious try this simple technique to calm the mind. At home, work, or better still, in a natural environment. Sit and breathe - take 5 minutes to sit in a quiet place and focus on the breath. Notice the air flowing inwards and outwards. It's normal to get distracted by the thoughts, just notice the distraction and bring your mind back to the breathe. To help keep your focus you can repeat a silent mantra, ... 'So Hum'. 'So' as you inhale and 'Hum' as you exhale. Using the mantra helps to focus and calm the mind. Connecting with the breath connects us with the natural world around us. We are all part of our natural environment. See more

01.01.2022 MindBody Yoga is back in the beautiful rural village of Malmsbury. Just one hour north of Melbourne. We will be focusing on rural retreats which will explore all aspects of Yoga. Asana (Yoga postures), Pranayama (breathing exercises), Yoga Nidra (deep relaxation) Meditation and Yogic Philosophy. We look forward to sharing all that Yoga has to offer in a supportive Yogic environment.
