24.01.2022 For a long time, I believed my life was more difficult than it should be. Sometimes I got lost in self pity. Many times. There came a moment when finding light to grow with was more important to me than avoiding, I needed food for my spirit. The first roots I put out grew quickly, I was hungry and so ready to grow. But then my mind told them to stop, they shriveled with learned doubt, criticism and toxicity. I added rocks when I needed to make compost. Then I learned, my mind wasn’t always my enemy, it could be healed and re-trained to become my greatest ally. Determination. Be the plant growing despite all that would block it, let’s work together to help you find your way to your light.
