08.01.2022 Hi, I’m Katie! Welcome to my new little business venture... bringing the benefits of massage to you, in the comfort of your own home! I am an experienced Registered Nurse and newly qualified Remedial Massage Therapist, as well as a Defence Spouse and Step Mum. I decided to take a chance, learn something new and start up Mindful Muscles as a way of complimenting my passion for Mental Health and well-being, and supporting the Defence Community. While COVID19 has made it difficult for me to officially open, I hope you’ll join me in the excitement of this new adventure, until I am able to start offering mobile services to the Ipswich area.
