22.01.2022 #mindfulness Are you a driver? Do you commute to work, school, activities? Do you drive for fun? Do you love driving? Do you loathe driving? Other than making up puns about the journey of life, the road sometimes being full of obstacles, sometimes being a downhill cruise, bumpy, smooth, peaceful etc. (Sorry, its hard to stop once you get rolling!) ... What do we actually do? Well, we put together very good mindfulness courses to support a range of people to release anxiety, tension, depression, stress and the weight of others expectations. Our courses increase the mental, physical and emotional wellbeing of participants. And we havent found anything else out there that does it in such a profound and simple way. We have lived it, breathed it, failed at it, stumbled, gotten lost and even bogged over the past 10 plus years. Then finally had breakthrough after breakthrough as this stuff started working and then the world made a whole lot more sense and became a whole lot more fun!
