03.01.2022 We just finished a mediation retreat at the forest homestead. A 2 night 3 day event in mostly silence, while being spoiled with amazing vegan food. Ado, previously a Buddhist monk took us through meditation techniques over the 3 days, from walking to sitting and movement, he guided us closer to stilling our minds and opening up our senses. 01.01.2022 This weekend we have our first "Building Community" Event, during these events we hope to construct, plant, and grow vital infrastructure together whilst fully enjoying the process of communal creation! The first Building community event will be from Thursday till Tuesday with a capacity for 20 people to join us camping and constructing on the farm! We will make sure there is good food, warm fires and a lot of community fun whilst we raise the roof for our beautiful camp kitchen! <3
