19.01.2022 No matter what is happening in your #life, there is always something you can be #grateful for. It can be the simplest thing; the warmth from the sun, friends or the food you eat. Positive #psychology research has shown that the #practise of being #thankful is strongly and consistently associated with greater #happiness. Today I am thankful for my #supportive #friends Kate and Nat and @gatherist for capturing this moment.... Take a moment to practise gratitude today. Image: @___gatherist
