22.01.2022 Hi everyone, I honestly couldn't agree more! We've all had shitty days, weeks or even months, maybe even years! ... That moment in your life when you really cannot see an end to it all. It's depressing, it's scary, it seems to be unending and there seems to be no answers or way out. You must check in with yourself and take control of your mindset. Yes.. it's challenging! Yes.. it's difficult! Yes... it's worth it! Yes... it will get you through it! Shift your thoughts. Change your inner dialogue. Adjust your external voice. Stop using social media to complain, use to uplift yourself. Search for quotes, pictures or thoughts that bring you peace; that make you smile and continue to move forward. You reep what you sow. Spread angst and despair and that's what you will receive. Show the universe that you've got this and you will shine. Be the strong person your are. Rise above the mud and blossom. Let your body, mind and heart find the answers your need... trust me; they know. It all starts with you. If you need help.. ask. Please ask. We're not all born hero's. Yet we can be our own hero. Friday is also the day of the goddess Venus (Aphrodite) Friday the 13th is a celebration, of the feminine, love, cycles, death and rebirth. There are 13 moons in the year, women bleed 13 times a year. This day is a celebration of cycles, rebirths, regeneration, cleansing. We all have feminine energy in us, so Friday the 13th is not just for women. It is a day for all of us to honour our own abilities, to celebrate life and all it gives us.
