22.01.2022 Equi-Zen is opening the gates again! Back as a new mother of 2 little Children excited to return stronger, more compassionate and intuitive. Hanging out with Mr.Puddles and Bob yesterday, looking forward to seeing old and new faces and to facilitate and support our human friends on their path.

18.01.2022 Equi-Zen has been on break due to Baby Moon. Gates will be opening again around June/July. Inbetween times, here are a few pictures from past sessions. Adults, Kids Horsewisdom and leadership skills at the gulf youth for Ag Camp.

16.01.2022 Happy Easter! We are open during the school holidays on Tuesday April 6 and Wednesday April 14. Term 3 Saturdays will start again on April 24 with 2 spots remaining only. We are offering Saturday sessions fortnightly. (Please note we will be shut May 8) Please contact directly for appointments on weekdays. Wishing everyone a great holiday!

07.01.2022 Equi-Zen is now offering one on one Children sessions. Learn about mindfulness, breath, regulating emotions and much more in a playful way while connecting in nature with animals. Also offering Horsemanship/Horse care lessons (with focus on a kind relationship with another being). This can be with my horses or yours. Check out my page for adult sessons and lessons too. group sessions can be arranged to keep costs down.

02.01.2022 It's time to step into the new year of 2018. May this year bring you Joy, Love and succes in the things that matter to you! I am excited to share what we at Equi-Zen in 2018 will have to offer: We will bring back the regular group meditations with the herd, workshops will be coming up (Connection for parent and child through adventure based experiences, Support for People with Eating disorders, Full Moon womans circle in the paddock and more) Of course we still offer all our... old favourites: Equine Assisted Learning sessions for individuals/groups and children, Mindfulness Bush rides and walks with the horses, Horsemanship lessons, Horsewisdom and Natural world wisdom, Mental Health support and more. I also travel to work with you and your horse to help you deepen your relationship with your horse and yourself. Myself and the horses are looking forward to see you again this year and we are excited to meet many more new 2 and 4 legged friends.
