04.01.2022 Found this in my back yard, one of my absolute favourite herbs to work with, the beautiful Elderberry. Such a great herb for this time of year as its antiviral, anti-inflammatory and antibacterial. So good for cold n flus and supporting your immune system, and it tastes really good.
