Matt’s definitely got the bug, and if you’ve been in for any shoulder rehab lately, you’ll be familiar with quite a few hanging-based rehab exercises. We've been building an app that helps you learn about your body and use exercise to get rid of aches and pains. It's not quite ready, but I will start posting bits and pieces of the videos that might help in this time of isolation. We'll get through this. It'll pass. Be kind to each other :)
