20.01.2022 Bouldering is enjoying a huge surge in popularity in Melbourne at the moment. Matt’s definitely got the bug, and if you’ve been in for any shoulder rehab lately, you’ll be familiar with quite a few hanging-based rehab exercises. Check out this elegant climb from Aussie Tom O’Halloran. Note the control, the open postures and non-linear stability required. Happy Wednesday y’all!

We've been building an app that helps you learn about your body and use exercise to get rid of aches and pains. It's not quite ready, but I will start posting bits and pieces of the videos that might help in this time of isolation. We'll get through this. It'll pass. Be kind to each other :)
