17.01.2022 Good article on mindfulness and exercise. I have noticed over the last few years that I enjoy exercise more than ever before because I'm being more mindful instead of wishing the class would end as soon as possible:-) I'm also less likely to hurt myself during the exercise too!

09.01.2022 Great article from Gary Zukav about love v.s. fear. I regularly check in during my day, when I'm taking an action, to assess whether I'm coming from love or fear. I know anything I create from love will create more love. Alternatively, anything I create from fear will create more fear, even if my mind thinks it is a sensible idea. It's a great exercise to explore this for yourself: Am I coming from a space of love or fear?
