What are you proud of?/What have you achieved this week? Everything counts, even the smallest achievements, like waking up earlier this week or learning one new word in English.... Remember to be good to yourself, appreciate what you do. 2. What are your general plans for the next week? Keep it in your journal, do it regularly. You will be amazed at how much you have achieved.
