19.01.2022 Strength test chronic muscles and they often fail. Last thing ya do is stretch that shit. Makes it worse. ___ Try this little ya hacker: Press the center of t...he tight muscle belly together with two hands quickly 3x and then contract it for 10 seconds. See what happens ___ Can’t tell ya how many upper traps psoai, and hamstrings are tight and weak as hell ___ Psoai are the biggest culprits of tightness and weakness. Crazy how weak those suckers get in relationship to each other. One side reflex arc inhibits the other. That means alone they may work ok, but together they fall apart. Aka walking ___ STOPCHASINGPAIN.com for workshops videos memberships support love and unicorns ___ Check out my latest podcast with @sachinpateldc on iTunes. He rocks it ___ #stopchasingpain #muscletesting #psoas #trap #SCPPodcast

19.01.2022 Last night 15 blokes turned out at Scaddan for a gruelling hour long group fitness session. Afterwards we sat down to a nicely cooked steak for dinner and an informative session by Regional Men’s Health advocate Brendon Nicholls around the importance of men looking after their physical and mental health. What a great night. Keep looking out for each other #talktoamate
