The mental ...health issues related to lockdown and the pandemic are especially hard for people with depression. many wonderful charities and support lines to call Please could any two of my Facebook friends just copy and repost to share far and wide. The increasing terror that women would be subjected to during this time would be 1,000 fold. Google searches for domestic violence help has had an alarming spike of 75%. Please, no matter what country you live in, I urge all women who are in this situation, if you can SAFELY find even a tiny window of opportunity, to reach out to a friend or an available social service to get some support. Please do it for YOU!
