04.01.2022 Yep that's right, we are just 3 days away from that time of year with all the Christmas parties, entertaining and temptations galore when it comes to over indulging just a little! My advise here is to allow for BALANCE! Your good habits don't have to be completely written off in December just to start fresh in the new year. Remember to just try your best, eat mostly nutrient dense foods, move your body in a way that fits into your holiday plans and most importantly, JUST ENJOY IT - drop the guilt on the days you do want to enjoy all the holiday food guys!

I love having the energy a good workout gives me to be able to then give to my family - and maybe a little extra energy to get the meal prep and cleaning done before another week too!
