17.01.2022 Deep Tissue massage...uses firm pressure and friction to break up scar tissue and physically break down muscle "knots" or adhesions (bands of painful, rigid tissue) that can disrupt circulation and cause pain, limited range of motion, and inflammation. It's perfectly normal to feel sore the next day, especially if this is your first experience. Any stiffness or pain experienced after the treatment will subside after 24-72 hours & leave you with a greater range of motion, assisting recovery from a range of muscle injuries and strain. Give it a try if you're needing something more to assist in recovery from chronic aches and muscle tightness.
