14.01.2022 The reality is we cannot know another’s path, another’s pain. So many lessons to be learnt from nature. Here is one where humans are caring for trees. Next time you interact with someone consider they may be healing from injury and love them compassionately and unconditionally. You may be the only one that does in that day...

08.01.2022 Hello everyone Hope you are warm on this chilly morning. Date claimer!!!! Yoga will restart on Wednesday 15th July in the Glasshouse Mountains Neighborhood Centre. I’m really looking forward to seeing you all again after four months (hard to believe) and understandingly we must be prepared for some COVID 19 precautions. In the meantime we have been having weekly zoom catch ups where I have really enjoyed seeing those who have tuned in. I mentioned meeting for coffee in a public space this Wednesday instead of a zoom meeting now that restrictions are easing. So if you would like to meet tomorrow please join us at the Glasshouse Mountains District Park in Page Street. Let’s meet at 9am and byo coffee...see you there love Tracey

07.01.2022 There are no coincidences, right? Throughout the last week the theme of befriend has consistently shown up and I shared the concept of this in a class last week after a talk I listened to . This has taken me on a quest to explore the concept tend and befriend in more detail. Interestingly the fight and flight reactive states that were once considered normal may be biased to males . Furthermore oxytocin and endorphins contribute to a tendency for females to nurture and form stable attachments, a dynamic rooted in the evolution of social mammals (Dess 2000). So while stress can incite rampage, it also has the capacity to a kinder and more gentle response to adversity. Let’s harness that quality!

07.01.2022 Count down is on ! First Wednesday after the school holidays July 15th we will be back in the Glasshouse Mountains Neighborhood Centre. Can’t wait to see you all then. No zoom for the next two weeks. Enjoy our local walks and dust off your mats!

02.01.2022 If you’re a follower or a friend of mine you’ll know of my passion for nature. Nature is where I find or is it lose myself? Whether it’s motorcycling , cycling or hiking; chances are I’ll be engaging in one or all of these on any given day. For my day job, you’ll find me taking a yoga class once a week where the inspiration for the class is often drawn from my experiences...Here’s a couple of pics from this weeks commune with nature...
