24.01.2022 Taking some time to be Grateful Christmas is a time that means many things for each of us. For me it is a time for connection and love. ... I have spent they last 3 days celebrating and connecting with my loving family, and beautiful friends, being blessed with laughter, joy, and relaxation. I took some time this afternoon to reflect, and be grateful for the many moments I have experienced with the people in my life, and I am so blessed to have encountered, so many wonderful souls. To each of you, please accept my wholehearted Gratitude, for being part of my journey.

23.01.2022 Had enough of the Beast? There is so much Crap going on in the world, and it is so easy to be drawn into the beast. From global disasters, to your mates bit...ching about something that has done them wrong, it can be bloody consuming and effect how you too feel! You know when you have a crap day, feel overwhelmed, exhausted, and just want to collapse and do F All. Think about what the focus of the day was, I can bet you it was not very positive. Looking back, I would dwell on things for days. What someone said or did, trying to work out the Why and feeling guilt or anxiety about it, as it consumed me, effecting my mood, inner talk and self perception. Basically I would be tied up in knots and feeling really low. But what I have now realised is that, even though this crap will most likely, always be around, in one for and another. There is so much Beauty as well. This Beauty surrounds us each moment of each day, and if we stop and look for it, it is so easily found. It can be found in a smile or act, in a butterfly exploring nature, or even in the bliss of a quiet cuppa, it’s everywhere if we Choose to see it. Our minds are so powerful, what we focus on we become, without even realising it, and if we don’t focus on the beauty, there will come a point when we wake up and won’t recognise who we have become. I am blessed to work with amazing people every day, as they transform there life to be what they desire. 22.01.2022 This picture has such a strong message... Why are we here?? Why are we obsessed with having more? Why are we trying to fit into a picture someone else has created?... Life should be about celebration, laughter, love and much more beautiful experiences. Your light, your inner beauty, your smile and love are free and beautiful all by themselves.

22.01.2022 Through our child’s eyes How simplistic and magical the world is, as a child. Some bask in this wonderment whilst others are forced to move forward much ...to quickly. We all though, have the ability to tap into the magic if we choose. The pure joy, of feeling grass under your feet, jumping into water or laughing whole heartedly until you have tears in your eyes, has such a profound effect on each of us. I have fond memories of sitting at the table eating dinner, and for a reason I can not recall, laughing contagiously with my big sister, trying to hold it in, but unable. Words eluding us, tears rolling down our faces. Being told to remove ourselves and finding that even more hilarious. As we grow, most of us are taught to unsee the magic, focus on doing and achieving as that is what life is about. Well I disagree, totally and unequivocally. Devaluing the materialistic objects which come and go, removing those blinders and embracing our inner child, our love for life and what is around us, and re experiencing true connection opens us to an abundance of amazing encounters. We are who we decide to be. As myself, I choose to embrace the fun, the beautiful and wonderment life offers. I choose to experience the new through my eyes as a child, and let go of judgment, resentment and all that clouds my view.

21.01.2022 So many of us waist time on what has already happened. Yes...keep the knowledge you have gained from your experience, but don’t not linger there. The Now is waiting for you to embrace... ... Only you can release the shit you have been holding onto. Allow yourself to thrive You are so fuckn worth it!!!

07.01.2022 The Holiday Season for me, is about connection, celebrating life, and being grateful for the opportunities offered over the year. So many big changes in the ...world, and although things are different, I chose the opportunity to re evaluate what means most to me. Some of my discoveries have been surprising, and all greatly welcomed, opening doors to new ways of being. My inner strength, resilience and self love have grown to heights I never new possible. I know who I am, I know my purpose, and I have aligned my life and my being as one. The Key has been Connection. Building a community, a tribe of amazing people, serving and giving to others, full-fills me to my core. It is my utmost purpose and passion, lighting me up in ways I only use to dream about. But my discoveries were not handed to me, I choose a path, leading me to go deeper than ever before. I faced myself, Raw and Real, experiencing a unexpected connection. Not with who I thought I was... NO.., I found the most beautiful, authentic and inspiring person, who was Me. The Me without ANY baggage. I can not find the words which gives justice to such a connection. The more I discover, learn and experience, then the more I can share with my tribe. I am a Healer of the Mind, Body and Spirit. And only by taking the journey first can I truly serve my tribe and lead them into the future they deserve!! Thank you for the journey, the learnings but most of all, the connections
