25.01.2022 I was inspired to become a personal trainer because I wanted to help people become the best version of themselves, I made my own transformation and knew I wanted to help people achieve their own goals. I know it's not easy, the journey to a healthy and sustainable lifestyle can be confusing, difficult and seemingly unachievable. It's a careful mix of mindset and movement coaching that keeps you moving towards those goals. There's a thousand options out there but the truth us..., the program that's going to work for you, will be the program that is made for you. I use personal training and coaching in a variety of forms including nutrition support and lifestyle guidance, bringing them together to deliver a holistic coaching service. My ultimate goal is to see you reach yours, and upskill you so that you are independently able maintain results. 24.01.2022 Nope, nope, nope.... Using the scales isn't always the best way to track your progress. The first week weight loss in any new program is often water weight loss....and it often looks amazing!! So what happens in week 2, when you jump on those scales after being frikin awesome for a second week and you've lost maybe a quarter of what you lost in the first week???... Often you go and blow it......with a stuff it!!! Measuring your progress with a tape measure, done properly, is one of the best ways to track progress. We focus on long term, sustainable results.... not the quick fix, because in the end, those ones aren't really that quick.
