19.01.2022 Dear Peace lovers, My cortisol levels are rising as I find myself voluntarily swept up in the usual, dizzying array of self imposed demands around social engagements, cards, gifts, post, presents, cooking, end of year events and summer holiday planning that is the Australian Christmas.
