19.01.2022 Important Changes to services from Tuesday 31st March 2020: New Medicare Telehealth items have been extended to allow all eligible Australians to access ongoing psychology support via telehealth services. Effective from Tuesday 31st March 2020:... - We ask that clients do not attend their sessions in person (unless there is extenuating circumstances that have been discussed and cleared by the treating psychologists prior to the appointment); - We will be offering (and have already been engaging in) Telehealth sessions via Phone, Coviu, Zoom, and other modes; - All existing bookings will remain the same and will be confirmed via our regular methods. Our reception team or psychologists will contact you by phone either prior to or at the time of your appointment to discuss your preferred mode of contact (telephone or video call); We will continue to have reception support available during usual business hours via phone and email to support you and answer any queries you have.
