23.01.2022 Everyday I am grateful for what my body can do. This was my first cartwheel in like 3 years after dislocating it, and god it felt good. Its not until you cant do something with your body, do you really appreciate what it can do! So recently I have made it a point everyday to be grateful for my body... the way I can run, the way I can move freely, the way I can move fast or slow if I want to. I know it is a gift and not actually available to all people. And those close to me know how profound this is to me because of someone very close to me in my life. So love your body people. Be grateful for it everyday. Send it love as often as you can! It can hear and feel you and will love you for it!

23.01.2022 Such great message from W.H.O. Director General. Dr Tedros 5 tips: "1. Eat a nutritious and healthy diet - this helps your immune system to function properly.... 2. Avoid alcohol & limit sugary drinks. 3. Dont Smoke. 4. Exercise, daily - 30 minutes a day for adults, 1 hour for children. If local guidelines allows you to get out & exercise - do so safely. If you cant leave home, jump online & do a workout video, do yoga, dance, or walk up & down your stairs. If working at home, get up every 30 minutes. 5. Look after your mental health - It is normal to feel scare, stressed & confused. Connect, talk with & support family, friends neighbour. Compassion is medicine. Listen to music, play a game, read a book. Limit watching news - get reliable source 1-2 times day. Covid-19 is taking so much from us but it is also giving us something special - an opportunity to come together, to work together, to learn together, to grow together." I thought it would be a good time to share it to you all, considering everyone is starting to train at home and outdoors No equipment needed apart from a skipping rope. Repeat each round 3 times for a longer workout & to burn more calories ... Let me know how you go xx

22.01.2022 This is a great little HIIT workout to get some cardio in at the end of a Strength workout (like i did) or a good little home workout to get your body moving, heart racing and legs burning! No equipment needed but a skipping rope, so you can do this workout in your home, park or even in a crowded gym. Please be stable and strong in your normal squats and lunges before doing these jumping/plyometric versions. ... 21.01.2022 Nourishing smoothies are such a great way to get in a variety of vitamins, minerals and macros including good yummy fats! And so easy to do! Here is of my favorite, my GREEN BANANA NUTTIE smoothie! Packed with lots of vitamins, minerals and good fats which is great for good health! ... Whats in it: 1 banana 1/3 avocado 8 raw mixed nuts 1 tablespoon of raw mixed seeds 1 handful of fresh raw spinach 1/2 cup ice 2/3 cup of water (or you can add a milk of your choice) You can also add 2 tablespoons of soaked chia seeds + 3 teaspoons of natural yogurt for some added protein & calcium. I also sprinkle raw seeds on the top to garnish Please keep your nutrition & health NUMBER ONE - now more then ever! xx

All you need is a skipping rope & some booty bands. 100 skips 20 reverse lunges 20 band squats... 12 band robot arms 20 cursty lunges 20 planks banded side taps 20 planks jack knifes Rest 1 min & then repeat 3 times And please make sure you warm up, cool down & stretch. Try this little workout: ... 100 skips 30 bootybands crap crawls 20 push ups 80 high knee skips 20 goblet squats 20 reverse lunge to press 40 running man Rest 1-2 mins & repeat 2 more times Ohh and you can use what ever weights you like. Please warm up and cool down as needed.

Please warm up for 5 mins or as needed. Our 6 compound exercises are: 15 Squat to Press 16 Lunge to bicep curl 15 Fly in Bridge 16 Renegade rows 16 Tricep with leg extension 20 Russian Twists Rest 1-2 minutes & repeat 3 more times.
