25.01.2022 I’ve definitely had a lot a different body types the pic on the left I was under a lot of stress opening my new business (cafe) 5 years ago , literally I was only running my dog 7 days a week no gym membership no time. Here I felt happy healthy and fit. On the right was 3 years ago where I trained and grew for 12 solid months for the @wbff_aust Gold cost show. Here I was doing 6 days weights with structured cardio. Here I also felt happy and healthy. Currently I sit some whe...re between the two. I lift weights 4/5 days per week and do cardio where I please. My training is more relax until I see another show in sight. What ever exercise makes you feel happy from the inside out keep doing that. Take peoples judgement with a grain of salt because no matter what you do you will always have some one judging you! Happy Sunday



24.01.2022 I can honestly say I’m walking out of 2020 being the absolute best year of my life! In love and got in engaged to my best friend. Growing a small human.... Spirituality at peace. Business and career exactly where I wanted it to be. Completely dept free. Home hunting for a family home. Sadly this year wasn’t every ones year due to Covid but congratulations to everyone who made the most out of what would have been the hardest year for our nation. My heart is so full and I can’t wait to tackle the new year with the new addition to our family!

23.01.2022 DIET!!! Is the sum of energy consumed through foods and beverages by individuals through out the day. STOP COMPLICATING IT. There are 5 major macro nutrients our body needs to function correctly daily. ... One of the most over looked one is dietary fibre. People have become so obsessed with high fat, low fat, high protein , no carbs that they forget fibre is essential for a healthy digestive system. If your body isn’t functioning properly and your feeling blocked up , tired or sluggish be sure to check and see where your dietary fibre is sitting. Looking to add more fibre opt for: Beans-rye-oats-black-beans-veggies-fruit just to name a few: Adults vary between 20-30g per day and children 18g.



23.01.2022 Day off tomorrow for me that definitely doesn’t mean a day off life. It means a day where I still wake up early and get to the gym. I still clean the house and catch up with the washing , and then I spend 2/3 hours online catching up on enquires and fixing clients programs. ... Being self employed takes discipline and self motivation. I could easily just curl up in bed and listen to rain all day and watch movies but that’s definitely not going to get me closer to my goals. We all have the same 24 hours in a day. Be sure to use your time wisely and get productive!

18.01.2022 20 week mark! How do I feel? Seems to be a question I get asked very often.... The answer is I feel a little heavier, a little itchier, a little sleepy but all in all I’ve never been more in love with anything more in my entire life! Training is as good as it’s going to get with roughly 4 weights sessions per week, 10-14000 steps per day and only today I’ve finally incorporated some running. I have booked the bed at the hospital and things are getting real!

16.01.2022 Just clicked over 14 weeks and I’m at that stage of the pregnancy where I kind of look like I need to go to the toilet, or my period is due or I’ve had a huge luncheon. To be honest I’m so excited to watch every single stage of my body changing. Second trimester I’m eating normally, training normally and I feel incredible! ... But as we got older, we begin comparing other metrics: job title, income level, house size, and worldly successes. Theres so many categories upon which we can compare ourselves and an almost infinite number of people to compare ourselves to. ... Now we also have social media, it’s easier than ever to constantly find someone better to compare ourselves to, which only serves to make us feel bad about ourselves. Once we begin down that road, we never find an end. Comparisons rob us of our precious time. We each get 86,400 seconds each day. And using even one to compare yourself or your accomplishments to another is one second too many. Time to stop comparing and start loving what you bring to your own table !

10.01.2022 Recovery is the single most important part of any training or exercise program. Recovery allows for improved performance, permits time for our body to heal itself in preparation for the next training load, and decreases the risk of potential injury. Some of the things you can be doing to help with your recovery are. Ice baths .... Stretching or yoga . Chiropractor . Relaxation . Swimming . Sleep . Also make sure that your not only recovering and relaxing your physical but also your mental. Maybe trying a meditation class. Meditation has some incredible benefits. These can include decreased stress, improved concentration, lower blood pressure, and reduced symptoms of anxiety and depression, just to name a few.

Sure, exercise can improve your physical health and your physique, trim your waistline, improve your sex life, and even add years to your life. But that’s not what motivates most people to stay active. Since being pregnant I tend to exercise regularly because it gives me an enormous sense of well-being. I feel more energetic throughout the day, sleep better at night, have sharper memories, and feel more relaxed and ...positive about my self an the changes in my body and what’s becoming my new life. Pregnancy training! Do at least 30 minutes of moderate-intensity physical activity on most, if not all, days of the week. Let your body be your guide. You know you’re at a good exercise intensity when you can talk normally (but cannot sing) and do not become exhausted too quickly. If you are healthy and you are not experiencing complications in your pregnancy, continue this level of activity throughout pregnancy, or until it becomes uncomfortable for you to do so.

05.01.2022 Don’t lift to much Don’t get to big You shouldn’t be doing that it’s for guys Unfortunately being a female who likes to lift weights ,these are a few lines I’ve heard in the past 11 years on a weekly basis.... Firstly lifting weights for a girl will not make you bulky, if your nutrition is correct and your following a good program and meal plan from a qualified coach. Girls if lifting weights makes your body feel good, look good, and feel strong , then FUCK what ppl say any way. Believe me when ppl say don’t get too BIG generally their feelings are coming from their own insecurities, I’ve been trying to get TO BIG for years and that’s hard work lol! Happy lifting !!

I have so many woman come to me every month a lot of the time with a very similar goal. They often say in their first consult. ‘I’m sick of feeling this way I want the old me back’. ... Maybe its time you sat down and remembered when you were last the happiest ? What was different then to now? How do you get it back? Of course things change and evolve and often people are faced with things that cause trauma and stress. But you can definitely delve deep inside and figure out who you are before all the past events happened that shaped you Into this person you are today . Is it your time to unfuck yourself ???

01.01.2022 Best way to finish off my weekend! To be honest after spending a few hours working online today the LAST thing I felt like doing was coming to the gym. I could have totally made something really juicy for dinner and snuggled the puppy but here we are and I’m feeling so much better! Calf game strong I look forward to seeing how big my calves get after the pregnancy carrying around the bambino!
