16.01.2022 my name is Simon Woo i have over 40 years of experience as a cheif.I have worked in Tasmania at the Golden Sea Dragon, I have also worked at Sydney and Melbourne in China town. I have won the Countrys best Chinese Cusine award twice in 1994 and 1995. Ive been been to Coffs Harbour and Tamworth, working at the habour palace and the imperal palace.I spent 5 years working at the Teagardens Country Club and 4 and a half years at the Dubbo Golf Club. I have opened up a new resta...urant for about ten weeks, my restaurant is very nice and clean. The decor and service is very good all our food is fresh and home made, no MSG or GLUTEN. When you come to our restaurant we always hope that you enjoy every meal you eat in Dubbo, I would like to see you come to my restaurant.Some of our popular options are tender fillet steak,salt and pepper squid,crispy steak in peking sauce,hot pots and duck.We home make our own seazchean sauce (spicy), I think of my restaurant as the best chinese in dubbo.If you would like a better chinese exprince we prefer you to dine in, when getting takeaways they can make the deepfried food go soft and not as good.
