08.01.2022 Tomorrow is our Saturday meet starting at 9am. The weather is going to be warm so great conditions for sprinting - lucky we have the sprint double of 100m and 60m on. Program is - 9am - 1500m... 9am - Javelin 9.15am - 100m 9.45am - High Jump 10am - 400m 10.20am - 2 x 100m relay 10.30am - discuss 10.30am - Triple Jump 10.30am - 60m Everyone is required to sign in via the QR code and also to sign out when leaving. The QR code is at the gate/counter as you enter and will also be at the sign on desk where you get your number. Competitors and spectators too need to sign in (and out). Usual COVID rules apply - social distancing and sanitising at entry. Sign in will be from 8am and cost is $5. Hope to see a good turnout tomorrow.

01.11.2021 * * * HURDLES are on this Saturday 15/1 * * * In additional to the standard program, we will now also be running a hurdle event this Saturday 15th January which will start at 9.30am. Registration for the hurdles will be from 9am and races will start 9.30am sharp.

We will be having a BBQ (and cake) on the day and also a 3km cross country race (that will go outside of the track but start and finish inside), so please come along and have a run and celebrate with us. EVERYONE IS WELCOME! Program for the day is - ... 10am - 1500m 10am - Javelin 10.15am - 100m 10.45am - Long and Triple Jump 11am - 3km cross country 11.30am - 400m 11.30am - Discus 12pm - 4 x 100m relay 12.30pm - BBQ & party This will be a great race practise a week out from Country Champs. 07.10.2021 Still cleaning the shed and found a whole heap of rare and vintage Central Coast region singlets. They are mesh and great for summer running. They will be available to collect at the meet this Saturday 15th Jan so make sure you grab one or they will be thrown out.
