25.01.2022 Given the new case on the central coast, we would like to advise patients that if you are attending on Monday, please wear a mask. As always , do not turn up to the practice when you have any respiratory symptoms. We are still available for phone consults for those with respiratory symptoms . This includes children. Get a covid test at the many available testing centres in the coast Help us protect the vulnerable patient population we do see regularly and in large numbers ... We would like to support the community in this time and we cannot do it without your help.

20.01.2022 JOINING FORCES We know that 2020 has been one hell of a year. There have been so many challenges including droughts, fires, floods, pandemics and so many more ...personal challenges in-between. We also know that this has taken its toll and left many people feeling isolated, anxious, stressed and suffering emotionally. It is an uncertain time. We all hope that 2021 will be better. But, hope on its own is not enough. We need a personal action plan that allows us to work on improving ourselves so we may become the masters of our own body and minds, no matter what is happening in the world around us. In light of the above Bulletproof Leader, Mingara Medical and Healthpoint Mingara have joined forces to provide a first of it’s kind fitness, health and wellness program designed to provide you with the education, support, tools and community to truly change your life in 2021. This program includes exercise sessions, medical and physio assessment, mindset training, nutrition and much, MUCH more. It is designed to offer a comprehensive service, that tackles many of the issues the modern-day man faces. We will be running a 28 Day Intro Challenge beginning in mid-January to introduce new men into the program and give them a taste of what this truly transformative movement has to offer. If you are a man living on the Central Coast (or know of a man who could benefit from a program like this) and you are interested in applying then put a in the comments section below or TAG a friend and I will forward the challenge info to you. #bulletrpoofleaders #mensfitness #mensmentalhealth #personaldevelopment #personalgrowth #mindset #28daychallenge

02.01.2022 Time to start planning 2021. This is one for the boys

01.01.2022 So there is a case on the coast... What can you do? ...Maintain YOUR social distance... ...Wash YOUR hands ...Wear a mask in crowded spaces ...Stay home when possible ...Get tested for even the mildest of symptoms ...Keep calm and control YOUR REACTION

01.01.2022 Today’s are u ok day. The mental health toll of the current pandemic is big n it’s normal to not be ok with the restrictions and stress about what’s going to come. Moreover, there’s an element of social isolation especially if you were vulnerable or elderly. Please be kind to each and check in with those you know. Drop by to chat with your GP if you require more support https://m.youtube.com/watch?feature=youtu.be&v=erHLP29tzPE
