We would ask that you consider your level of urgency for an order whilst the service gains traction in its infancy stage. We would prefer that orders are placed via email ([email protected]) using the form depicted. Please request a copy via email should you require. ... Alternatively, we are able to take your orders over the phone on 9927 1021. - Upon delivery, orders will only be left at the front door. Drivers must remain 1.5m from customers. Please ensure a clear access to your front door at this time or it will be left as close as possible. - Volunteer delivery drivers will knock on the door and retreat awaiting your response. Should there be no response, they will attempt to phone you. As the service should only be utilised by those self isolating, we will assume that you will be home, hence the goods will be left for your collection! - Limits still apply.
