24.01.2022 If you're here because you got a notification of me being removed from your page as an admin, today was an admin clean up due to some technical glitches that was preventing me to sort an active client account. 187 pages removed later turns out I've been inadvertently collecting pages like Pokemon.

24.01.2022 I decided to organise the number of browser tabs I have open with Google tab groups thought I'd listen to some of the award-winning author Josh Langley youtube channel who I met incidentally through 'The Great Facebook Media Purge of 2021'. Some great content everyone should take a look at over here: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCJ8oI5iZ2YMaUOG6_Q4YYzw ... meanwhile feel the anxiety of how many browser tabs I have open in my brain.

23.01.2022 This was my business logo from almost ten years ago. The lesson, don't get too attached, it's natural for your business and your brand to evolve. Mine did. I went from being a one woman band ten years ago to growing a marketing agency and switching the team from sub-contracting to employment at the peak of COVID19 giving my team security and peace of mind has lead to our clients having security and peace of mind.

19.01.2022 It's Ming Johanson but just a bit faster Thanks, Stephanie Reid!

15.01.2022 I really love silhoettes ... but not enough to learn how to spell it...

13.01.2022 The scams are getting more complex

13.01.2022 Crowd sourcing a 'Caption' because all that's coming out of my brain is sarcasm and cynicism #DoYourWorstInternet

12.01.2022 #TikTok It's here to stay. What are your thoughts? Was this an overreaction from the US govt? Drop me a link to yours.

11.01.2022 Throwback to one of my retreats 4 years ago . It is a beautiful privilege to watch all of you walk your path in life .

11.01.2022 #SocialMedia never sleeps, however we do. Even though I switch my alarm to a 4am start to accommodate for workload and time zone changes. My 3 hours of quiet productive time in the morning is how I maintain my sanity.

11.01.2022 Miss me on the radio last week? Here's the catch up! https://www.6pr.com.au//social-media-with-ming-johanson-57/

10.01.2022 There are things that we deal with when we're working through ad campaigns on #Facebook that just take up an unnecessary amount of time to get overturned. Today the visual A.I. bot is apparently hypersensitive to the sunburnt flesh of marshmallows. #FirstWorldSocialMediaProblems #DigitalMarketing #SocialMedia #FacebookAdExpert

08.01.2022 My team and I have a ethos of leaning into always learning. This morning it's jumping onto a webinar with one of my favourite leaders/authors is Mike Michalowicz of Profit First (this book was game-changing for my business) who is committed to ending entreprenuerial poverty. Technology gives me the opportunity to connect accross continents, sure it's 5.15am right now, I didn't sign up to being a business owner to sleep in (I signed up for naps through the whole day ). What have you learnt lately?

08.01.2022 I have the best cheersquad!

08.01.2022 When your new client has a bloody big unicorn in their front office you know it's a necessity to take a selfie #onbrand #unicorn

05.01.2022 I'm on the radio. Not my usual week. Filling in while the technology in the station is having a moment. #RadioStar

02.01.2022 Tune in after 9pm to 6PR Perth Tonight with myself and Chris Ilsley for my usual segment on that latest news on social media!

02.01.2022 I definitely need more plants. Don't tell my partner

01.01.2022 We're stronger together. Pretty safe to say this year has been what I am referring to as a hellscape nightmare. I've had conversations with many of you about how we don't have to dismiss our own anxiety just because we're in Perth and it's not as bad as (insert any other place). We don't have to dismiss our mental health needs. 'Being ok' means you can help give space to others who need a good listener. You can find out more about how to ask here https://www.ruok.org.au/how-...to-ask, you could have a conversation that can change a life. This year’s theme for NAIDOC, ‘Always Was, Always Will Be’ recognises that First Nations people have occupied and cared for this continent for over 65,000 years and their spiritual and cultural connection to Country. For me today is important to acknowledge if you have a voice, a platform use it to help raise the voice of others up by 'passing the mic'. So today I pass the mic to my good friend Louise O'Reilly. Louise’s humanitarian-based writing gravitates towards Aboriginal affairs in Australian politics, human rights activism and reconciliation. Drawing inspiration from personal experience and a focus on self-empowerment and shifting mindsets. Check her out over here: https://www.facebook.com/LouiseOReilly.TheShieldAndTheConch/
