23.01.2022 So we hoped for a better day and it didnt really go to plan for the remainder of the opening round of the Miniature Race Cars. Race 3 - DNF Race 4 - 5th Race ...5 - 4th Leaving us 4th for the round. The car ran fairly well but we were severely lacking lap speed and the car was very loose for the whole weekend. Really twitchy and a lack of drive off the corner being our main issues. We did start to get a read on it toward the end of the day, but we have plenty to do moving forward. We also have a fair few battle scares to fix so there is a fair bit of fibre glassing to be done. So its going to be busy, busy to have it ready for Round 2. Massive thank you to our partners - Car Finance 4 You, Molecule Australia, JAK Max/Archer Australia, Wangaratta Motorcycles, Wangaratta Health & Wellbeing, Makulu Prestige & Race Car Storage Melbourne, Raceline Motorsport Racewear, Race Driver Coach, Grimshaw Signs and Hammond Refinishing for the continued support. Not the result we were looking for but we will bounce back Im sure. Thanks to AMRS - Australian Motor Racing Series and all the volunteers for a well ran weekend. Really appreciate the effort you all put in so we can do what we love. To my awesome family thank you for allowing me to follow my passion and I appreciate the support. Bring on round 2 at Morgan Park, get your entries in NOW...get the car ready and get excited...its ON!

17.01.2022 Announcement: Due to the current state of things in the world, and with borders with in Australia now effectively closed. We feel it is the right choice to withdraw from Round 2 at Morgan Park. We did not make this decision lightly but felt it is the right decision for the category. Many of the competitors have young families at home and we believe following the governments recommendation of social distancing, and to stay home as much as possible is the best course of action at this stage. We will access round 3 at the end of May, over coming weeks as we see how this all plays out. From all at MRC, we wish you well, stay safe and stay healthy. Together we can come through this.
