Hi all, Lolly here:) I want to share my favourite thing about facilitating, which is the chance to connect with people. Here are my top 3 ways of doing this when I’m on a program (and, really, in all aspects of my life!)... 1. Remembering names. I have a knack for this and it’s likely that once you’ve told me your name, I won’t forget it! 2. Asking questions. I’m curious about the way you think, so get ready to put your voice in the room! 3. Rhythm. How fabulous! Dancing, clapping, chanting - it’s all good and it all shows up on my programs regularly. Stay safe everyone, can’t wait to see you on a program soon!
