22.01.2022 Update on Wolfie's 7 kits. 2 are growing really well, as you can probably see. The other 5 are quite small, almost 1/2 the size of their siblings. 3 out of those 5 haven't been feeding very well and have been a bit colder than the rest, so they have been getting top up feeds twice a day to help them catch up. That seems to be working because their bellies are much rounder, they are much warmer and have a lot more energy! They all seem to be doing well with fur coming in now. Looking like some gorgeous colours!

22.01.2022 Just some official photos of our blue self buck "Tofu" and our lilac self doe "Violet" Both from Wetlands Rabbits. Tofu is very enquisitive, cheeky and funny! Such a little character, and so sweet. Violet is a cage-aggressive, psycho rabbit..... Until you catch her and pick her up. Then she is snuggly, loving and sweet.... We love them both, and are expecting a litter in the next couple of weeks

20.01.2022 Wolfie's 4 beautiful girls are 8 days old

20.01.2022 Miss Violet unexpectedly had her litter 3 days early. Unfortunately, all 4 were cold and we thought they were all dead, until my son saw one moving, and then another, and then another. He saved 3 out of 4! They are now warming up on top of a hot water bottle, and then will be placed back in the nest.... It also looks like one of the 3 that we saved is a peanut, but not 100% sure. Hoping for a runt

12.01.2022 Lulu has successfully kindled 5 healthy kits. I found one kit astray from the rest. 03.01.2022 Unfortunately during the night, Wolfie lost 3 kits. They were the three that were struggling the most. I guess they just couldn't keep up Not to worry, she still has 4 that have all caught up!

03.01.2022 Here is what the inside of our hutches look like! Hanging hay rack with fresh oaten hay, and a litter tray underneath. A brick is in the litter tray to stop them from throwing it around lol. Recycled paper litter to soak up everything else. On the outside, we have a feeder that holds 1kg of food. This also prevents them from digging out their food and wasting it! They also have a 2L water bottle (soon to be auto waterer) and another litter tray in their bed area filled with s...traw. *Ignore the stains.
