18.01.2022 Custom steel flares with some help from Plus389 on this 64 Cooper. Customer wants to run it super low so this was all set up with the car on the bumpstops with the motor in so it won't get lower than this! Even at this height there is still 30mm from the tyre to the guard inside and the true clears the inside without scrubbing at the front on full lock with 10x6 -3 offset wheels. We also made custom A pillars ( which are yet to be drilled for hinges) that follow the shape of the top of the flares with the guards to eliminate mud/moisture traps.

03.01.2022 We deal with some fairly obscure requests here. This involved designing a suspended projector mount between a door way and walls for this impressive home cinema room. The projector weighs in at a total of 40kg.
