14.01.2022 Earlier this month, I paid a visit to Minmi FC. Like many sporting organisations, the executive at Minmi Football Club made the agonising decision to not go ahe...ad with this years football season due to COVID-19. A small club with a long history, Minmi have struggled and this year has really hurt them. I gave the club a personal donation of $5,000 to help them along. Minmi is a wonderful area and the community love their football. The team will be back next season better than ever! Exciting things happening at Wanderland!

This 10 year plan is designed to address future demand and inform the ongoing supply, maintenance and upgrade of sporting infrastructure within the council area. On review of this plan it is obvious that there is a serious lack of attention on the Minmi area and the entire Western Corridor. With the proposed amount of houses to be built in the area, we are concerned our facilit...y won't be ready to accommodate an influx of players. Can you please spare a few minutes to send some feedback to the council. We will be heard! We will not sit quietly!
