07.01.2022 People ask me all the time in store about places to visit in Ireland when they are going there on holidays. Heres a little video that just popped up on my feed and I thought it sums that question up nicely However, my personal number 1 location would have to be my home town and county Lismore (should mention Cappoquin here also ), Co.Waterford...born and reared in the country though...up a big hill known to be the bog of the women ). 07.01.2022 Happy Tuesday LONG POST Being a barista means early mornings, which Im cool with/used to now (there are occasions I have been know to scream a few foul words at my alarm however at 3.30am ), but being a barista also means I can sneak out a few times a week (when Im not behind Minnies closed doors prepping food/goody boxes for customers) and go run in the afternoons, one of my most favourite things everrrrrrr!!! Road or trail Im in my element and a happier version of m...e when I run. Today I was lucky enough to get out solo and do Augies Loop at DAguilar National Park (close to Jollys Lookout) and it did not disappoint. Such a fantastic way to spend a Tuesday afternoon and right on our doorstep. I feel very lucky I get to do this. Thank you to my lovely customer Penny for the recommendation. You will be pleased to know Penny I only went off track once and added an extra 5km to the loop, poor lack of reading a sign on my part If your ears were burning on a few occasions I might have been cursing you on those uphills Run, walk or hike guys its so important we all get out and about in the fresh air, especially at this time of the year when the weather is just perfect and especially with all the craziness that has been going on in the world.
