19.01.2022 Well some of today's duties for some members. Today one of our irb's is providing water safety to the Jacaranda Dragon Boat Races.. Supporting Jacaranda and our local community #mysurflife #jacarandafestival #graftondragonboats #teamminnie

18.01.2022 A Big shout out to Grafton Container Return for their recognition of our club's contribution to the community, as well as their generous donation. But even more important is their broader community focus and engagement. As a business, they actively support other community organisations, as well as an ongoing commitment to Grafton Base Hospitals Children's Ward. It is a business that promotes recycling and a cleaner environment and directly strengthens and supports our local regional communities. Next season the club will introduce improved practices to reduce our own waste footprint and enhance recycling, while increasing Return & Earn fundraising efforts.

13.01.2022 And just like that.. the summer season is over. From now till October our beach is unpatrolled.. If you are ever in doubt about the beach conditions stay waist deep only, swim with friends and play it safe.. the water can be very unforgiving. Until next season, we will do doing all our off season usual activities of planning, admin, some training and inter sports away from the beach. ... If you would like to join us for Nippers (u7 to u14) or as a patrolling member in the 2021-22 season, dont hesitate to shoot the page a message and we can pass you onto the correct person. We need volunteers of all kinds, not just patrolling.. we would love for even those who would like to volunteer some time to clean, maintain, perform admin or even cook our nippers bbq. 03.01.2022 Hi all Matt here boat captain at Minnie water Surf club just an update on our two day carnival we have been approved by the Northcoast branch which I would love to take the opportunity to thank them to hold a two day surfboat carnival at Minnie water main beach on the 2nd and 3rd of November with a 9 am sweeps meeting on Saturday with a 930 start and a 8 am sweeps meeting on Sunday with a 830 start there will be a bbq with drinks and food at the front of the surf club also... in regards to accommodation solitary marines holiday park at Wooli have agreed to a Exclusive deal for competitors and there family’s when contacted mention (surf comp) for exclusive deal and the Wooli pub will have entertainment Saturday night if there are any questions don’t hesitate to contact myself via Facebook or 0438226698 stay tuned as the drawer will be posted in the next couple of days thank you See more
