13.01.2022 To all our valued customers, This is just an announcement to inform you of the ongoing situation in relation to parts for Minn Kota's. As you may or may not be aware there is a HUGE Minn Kota parts supply shortage in Australia and worldwide, due to Covid-19 pandemic.... Therefore a lot of work is held up awaiting backorder's to be filled. We have a supply of parts in our workshop which allows us to continue servicing on motors for the interim. But for major items such as GPS assemblies and trim modules etc we have exhausted all stock, although we are the first on our suppliers list to receive these items. The good news is we have placed huge backorder's to replenish stocks and will be back on track releasing jobs in the coming weeks. We do our best to treat every customer as a VIP and will continue to do so. All we ask for, is your patience and understanding. Thank you kindly Minn Repairs & Servicing.

10.01.2022 Just a reminder to carryout regular checks under your prop, to prevent this happening. The braid shown here has worked it's way into the seal thus inhibiting the sealing surface allowing water inside the motor. Also the braid would end up tearing the seal in time. A costly repair that can be prevented or caught early.

23.12.2021 Today we received an e-mail from Allan in Exmouth... thank you mate we always like feedback, so to all our customers if you haven't already left a reveiw or feedback we would kindly appreciate if you could as it helps us improve our services. It reads..... My Ulterra stow/deploy motor packed in and being over in Exmouth WA with no servicing option available, I gave Troy a call and asked if he could help sort me out with a new replacement motor. His response back was swift and positive and within a few days I had received a new motor in the post. Well packaged, exactly what I was after and speedy response....great service, highly recommended - thank you Troy.

25.11.2021 ****WE ARE MOVING**** Minn Repairs & Servicing are moving to Unit 6/12 Paisley Drive Lawnton, a new bigger facility 400 sqm of workshop and fitout space. Easier to find location and ample parking. Only 100m up the road from our old place. We are moving from Friday 25th June to Wednesday 30th of June, we appreciate your patience during the move.
