12.01.2022 MERRY CHRISTMAS EVERYONE! Myself and Coach Tamz wish you all a merry, safe holiday season. As some of you are aware i have had reconstructive surgery on my knee just recently........ not going to stop me or Minotaur Fitness though ;) i have already started scouting/enquiring for a new venue and am keen to restart kettlebell, muay thai and strength sessions ASAP. 05.01.2022 Scales can serve as a positive reflection of results in SOME cases.... in most cases though, a fixation on our "weight" , will only result in a negative self-image. Unless you are a jockey or involved in competitive combat sport. ... throw the damn scales away! A mirror is a much better indicator of improved health ;)
