21.01.2022 Throwback to the weekend when I spent a childfree weekend in Sydney with two of my amazing friends. I thought it was fitting that on #RUok day to remind all everyone that it's important to take time for yourself. Whether you're raising kids, working, running a business or side hustle or all of the above, it's hard work! But of course taking time for yourself doesn't have to be a weekend away. Sit outside in the sun for a few minutes, take a walk around the block or go get a pedicure. And don't forget that when you have an off day, someone else might be too. So check in with your friends and see how they are too
