25.01.2022 Ivanhoe Project Brief ~ The existing kitchen lacked storage, had an impractical overhang, and felt very enclosed with the cabinetry around the cooktop. The new kitchen could be best described as sophisticated and has elevated the look and feel of the entire open planned living area now. The kitchen was designed with functionality and workflow in mind such as having a pull-out oil and spice drawer next to the cooktop and utilising the corner with a Hafele Revo unit for pots ...and pans allowing full access to a typically cluttered and hard to get to space. Blum heavy duty drawers were used throughout as well as a return cupboard for storage flexibility.
