20.01.2022 Renters can keep pets at a rental property with the written consent of the rental provider. To refuse permisssion, a rental provider will apply to VCAT for an Order, formalising refusal. Renters applying for properties should still include pet infornation as part of their application. Let us know if you have questions....

19.01.2022 Rental Reforms 2021 - A Renter provides 28 days notice to vacate. A welcome change is we can now market and show the property from 21 days before the vacate date (unless otherwise agreed, of course..... if we know a property is well presented and will lease easily, we will discuss early inspections and leave the renters to pack, in peace). #mintpm #mintpropertymanagement
