By making jam using up apple cores and skins saved from making apple pie Throw in the skins of the juiced lemon (which I will now candy for a treat) and place the apple and lemon seeds in a muslin baggy for an extra pectin hit and you have zero waste jam baby!

The Peppermint and Mandarine essential oils are refreshing and soothing with the aroma helping to relieve stress and tension with each wash.... And to top it off, Lemongrass and Ylang Ylang are stimulating to the scalp and said to aid in hair growth!

08.01.2022 What a ball we had moving our shop to the Swing into Spring Festival in August! Thank you so much SwingRays for inviting us to join in the fun, we are keen for the next one With a full day of dancing workshops, finding a little something retro to wear the next time you groove and meeting upbeat like-minded people it was a wonderful atmosphere with smiles all round.

06.01.2022 13 days on... and the leek is now growing new roots Spring onions have been added to my windowsill garden as well which I am going to experiment with by planting 1/2 in the garden and leave 1/2 in water I would assume they would do better in the ground...but what do you think my shop bought veggies would prefer?

03.01.2022 We're experimenting with some "no waste" kitchen techniques to limit our supermarket consumption and necessary outings and it's fun! I made a potato and leek soup yesterday and this little guy is already growing! Some other easy veggies to try this with are:... Bok Choy Lettuce Spring Onion Celery Lemongrass Fennel Why not try some experiments yourself and share how they go (Find the steps in the comments)
