Which is why you'll get a huge 10 hours of surf coaching with our highly qualified female surf coaches over the course of 3 days. Here's what we'll cover: Beginners... Our 'Foundation Sessions’ are for women who are starting their surfing journey. We’ll cover topics ranging from leashes to etiquette to fin selection to properly waxing your board to the turtle roll, and catching waves from whitewater to green waves. Ultimately, our Surf Coast Surf Retreat will provide an essential foundation of knowledge and answer all your surfing questions. Intermediates Our ‘Progression Sessions’ are for women who want to take their longboarding to the next level. You feel comfortable catching waves, getting into the lineup, and practicing proper surf etiquette, and now you'd like to refine your technique on the surfboard. Our coaches will share a lifetime of insights and expertise on: turning, bottom turns, cutbacks, cross-stepping, trim, hanging five, hanging heels and style. Join us!
