13.01.2022 Police are appealing for information about the movements of two cars as part of an investigation into the suspected murder of Dwayne Davies (47) of Risdon ValeM...r Davies has been missing since Friday. His body has not yet been located. A man (40) and a woman (44) are currently in custody and being interviewed by police. No charges have been laid. As part of the investigation police are working to establish the movements of two cars on Friday and Saturday. They are: A silver 2009 model Hyundai Tucson A white 2004 model Nissan Navara Police would like to hear from anyone who may have seen either of the cars on Friday or Saturday in the wider general areas encompassing: Elderslie Broadmarsh Pelham New Norfolk Risdon Vale Two residences, at Elderslie and Risdon Vale, are currently being examined by forensic officers. Detective Inspector Steve Burk said: "We are examining the two residences to uncover any evidence linked to the suspected murder of Mr Davies. "We are asking anyone who may have seen either of the two cars on Friday or Saturday to get in contact with police. "Any sighting or any detail, no matter how seemingly insignificant, may be important. We’d especially like to hear from anyone who may have recorded either of the vehicles on dash cam footage, he said.
