21.01.2022 Mipod's 1st project 'Tobyhome'. Created using a 40+20ft hi-cube containers in a T configuration. Designed for luxury whilst maximising space & the incredible views from anywhere within the home (even the toilet)Running East-West with a cantilevered roof to provide a shaded deck area for the summer months, yet letting in beautiful winter sunshine through the expansive use of double glazing. High set windows on the Southern side combined with ceiling height louvres on the North... provides ample cross ventilation & accentuates the open feeling allowing the outside to integrate with the inside. Extensive use of marine ply throughout not only gives the home a warm & inviting feeling but also provides an excellent acoustic barrier from the outside. All this combines in the end result of a spacious, luxurious, comfortable and safe abode with an instant feeling of relaxation as you walk through the door.
