12.01.2022 We have an amazing opportunity to host an 8 week F45 Challenge in the basement at MCC. The cost is $20 per week and we need a minimum of 10 people. We are privileged to have Peter Day kicking off the challenge on Saturday 24th October 10:00am in person here live at MCC. The Challenge begins on Monday morning 26th October. We have in mind to run an early morning class at 6:30am and an evening class at 6:30pm Monday to Saturday with Sunday as a day of rest. This is an open invitation to members and friends.
